New to Fit All Year Round? Here’s Where to Start

June 18, 2026

Starting a new fitness routine can feel overwhelming, but at Fit All Year Round, we believe it should be simple. Whether you’re interested in Reformer Pilates, Strength Training, or a combination of both, our team handles the programming and coaching so you can focus on showing up and moving.

For most new clients, we recommend starting with a private session. A private session allows you to learn proper form, understand equipment settings, and receive personalized guidance based on your goals, experience level, and any modifications you may need. Learning proper technique from the start helps you train safely, build confidence, and see results more efficiently.

Choosing Between Strength Training and Reformer Pilates

If your goals include weight loss, building muscle, increasing bone density, improving athletic performance, or getting stronger for everyday life, Strength Training may be the best place to start. We offer both private Strength Training sessions and small-group classes led by experienced coaches.

If your goals include improving core strength, posture, flexibility, mobility, balance, or body awareness, Reformer Pilates may be the right fit. Our Reformer Pilates private sessions and group classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.

Why Many Clients Choose Both

The good news is that you don’t have to choose.

One of the things that makes Fit All Year Round unique is that our memberships and private session packages provide access to both Strength Training and Reformer Pilates. There’s no need to purchase separate memberships or maintain multiple fitness routines.

Many of our clients combine Strength Training and Reformer Pilates throughout the week to build strength, improve mobility, support recovery, and create a well-rounded approach to fitness.

Ready to Get Started?

If you’re recovering from an injury, recently postpartum, or require exercise modifications for any reason, we recommend beginning with a private session so we can create a safe and personalized plan.
