“My happy place”

“FAYR is truly my happy place. Jaclyn is one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve met—and an exceptional instructor. Every class feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely fun. As a mom of a toddler, this is my dedicated time for self-care and the hour I look forward to most each day. I’m so grateful for this studio and the entire team.”

No more than 7 people. We intentionally keep class sizes small. This allows our instructors to be hands-on, attentive, and focused on form.

We often recommend starting with a private session if you have specific concerns. It’s the best way to learn your settings, understand your body, and get the most out of group classes safely.

Group classes require 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit and a $25 no-show fee.
