Comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that lets you move easily. Something like joggers or leggings and a fitted top so we can clearly see your alignment and support your form. Grip socks are required and can be purchased onsite.

Besides grip socks, just yourself! We provide all the equipment needed for class.
No more than 7 people. We intentionally keep class sizes small. This allows our instructors to be hands-on, attentive, and focused on form.
We often recommend starting with a private session if you have specific concerns. It’s the best way to learn your settings, understand your body, and get the most out of group classes safely.
Group classes require 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit and a $25 no-show fee.
